Additional 5% Tourism Service Tax
The Fiji Government has introduced the additional 5% Tourism Service Tax which applies to accommodation bookings made between 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 regardless of the stay date. Please note that the 5% TST will still apply to applicable services purchased or consumed on property between 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027, such as Food & Beverage, Spa and other hotel-operated services, and this will be reflected on your invoice or receipt where applicable. 3% surcharge will apply to all credit and foreign debit card transactions.
